HotSpring Spas is the leading spa retailer in the UK with showrooms across the country (none of which are independently franchised) offering the most comprehensive service available. HotSpring started manufacture in 1977 and my wife and I started the UK business in 1995. This has grown every year to become the customer-focussed company you see today.

My aim, as Managing Director, is to ensure that every customer who comes into contact with HotSpring Spas receives the most outstanding service offered by any company on the market. That's why I make sure that all our staff have extensive product knowledge and are highly trained, especially in relation to water treatment methods and customer service techniques. This ensures that when you need our help, there is always someone there to offer it.
