Your technician should run training courses for builders, plumbers, electricians and all labourers! They arrived on time! They always answered their mobile phones. They survived the morning on only one cup of tea.  They didn't swan off to put a bet on the horses then watch the race on my TV. They worked until 7.00pm (in the dark). They didn't steal my mugs or any of my tools. They left no muddy footprints en route to the loo and best of all they put the seat back down. FANTASTIC, well done HotSprings!
